I do several different workouts:

  • Crossfit style: mix of high intensity cardio and olympic weightlifting.
  • Strength and getting big while eating big!
  • Running - mostly trail running with some track workouts
    • Running Down - interesting, funny local Raleigh blog on running
    • Complete Runner Program - I did this program twice and it was really helpful to improving my running and getting me to be diligent about running on a regular basis with a purpose
  • Biking- all mountain biking, I love me some singletrack
