I'm using MyFitnessPal to track my food and cardio (it's not so great for strength training).  Whenever I do a Crossfit workout, I assume I'm burning ~ 8 calories/minute.  So far, I've been on myfitnesspal.com since November 29, 2012.  I have not had the success some of my friends have had (Crystal lost 20 lbs, Carl lost 10 lbs, Matt lost 50 lbs and Trina lost 25 lbs!).  I probably need to be a bit more patient and give it at least 3 months.
Update: I have been using MyFitnessPal for over a year now and it doesn't work that well for me as far as weight loss goes.  It did help to figure out my macros (ratio of carbs/fat/protein) so I use that and when I keep my carbs < 180 g/day and total calories < 1800 (no exercise even), I will not gain weight.  Losing weight is trickier, that seems to be a combination of super clean eating, reducing my carbs (not eating any bread/pasta/sugar) but I tend to go back to my old ways and indulge in things I should not be indulging in.  But it is getting better and I have also learned that when I am super prepared with enough healthy food throughout the day, I don't buy any candy bars and don't indulge in the things that tend to make me fat!
