Friday WOD and slick singletrack

I don't think taking two days off really helps me cause I felt like I was working very hard on Friday to get the WOD done:
25 yards bear crawl
20 push presses 55 lbs
20 med ball cleans 16 lb
5 rounds
Time: 19:21
A bear crawl is extremely undignified, you are on all fours with your butt up in the air crawling across the floor and I don't know how to do it fast.  The push presses were hard, the med ball cleans were just tiring with all the squating. But in the end, I felt really good that I did 100 push presses and 100 med ball cleans and not sore.  Being not sore is a good thing.
Before the WOD, we did our pushups:
11-15-9-9-18 = 62 pushups (real pushups)
And after the WOD, I did 16 toes to bars.

Saturday, I went for a bike ride, a long, hard bike ride.  We rode Sludge and Rocky Road for a total of 14 miles, it was all hard.  Conditions were good out there- the only problem was some muddy red clay in the first part of Rocky Road. I don't like riding in mud, it's not fun, it's not good for the trails and it means I have to clean my bike more.  On the plus side, the trails were in better condition than the bridle trails of Umstead, everyone's go to place when singletrack is not recommended.  I do have to say that despite my lack of conditioning, I am doing better than I was a year ago when I think I would not have had the energy to do both trails.  So I'll just keep riding and keep trying.

Sunday - yet another rest day!  My quads were tired, so I decided to take it easy.  Hopefully, I will have an awesome squat day tomorrow.
