12/7/12 Friday WOD

It was a tough workout today:
Run 400M
15 Front squats 75lbs
10 bar burpees (do a burpee, hop over the bar)
10 sledgehammers on the tire
4 rounds
My time: 21:20
Everytime I do squats I am reminded that I need to do more squats! It was a good way to end the week though.
