12-20-12 Thursday WOD burpees

It was a little less hard today:
At the top of every minute do 3 burpees
12 bent over rows 45 lbs
14 kettle bell swings 26 lbs
16 dumbbell situps
Time 11:31
I tried using a 15 dumbbell for the situps but it became too hard after 2 rounds so I switched to a 10 lb dumbbell. 3 burpees every minute actually takes a big chunk of time as did the situps.
