Monday WOD: 11/26/12

I dragged myself out of bed and did the morning WOD:
Run 400M (it was in the 30s!)
25 kettlebell swings (26 lbs)
20 overhead lunges (15 lb plate)
15 pullups (purple band)
3 rounds
Time: 15:52
Although there was time to work on other stuff, I bolted out of there. Just was not in the mood for more working out.
