Monday WOD

I actually had the energy to go to Forged Fitness this past Monday since our "long" run on Sunday was relatively short.  My legs were still a little tired but I didn't think it would be too bad:
Run 400M
10 Squat cleans 75 lbs
15 pushups
20 situps
3 rounds
I felt pretty good about doing 75 lbs but still need to work on getting into a deep squat.
