Tuesday WOD

I took a rest day on Monday and thought I'd be back to normal on Tuesday but the deadlifts told me I wasn't ready:
Deadlifts 3-3-3-3-3-3 I tried 85 lbs and my back just hurt too much so I did 75 lbs for all 6 sets
Mini-WOD
AMRAP 10 min:
200 M run backwards
10 kb swings (20 lbs)
10 box jumps (step ups)
4 rounds + 10 kb swings
then 20 burpees

I felt okay but my back was still feeling achy and sore from the 24 miles of running on Sunday. Luckily, it rained today so no mountain biking!
