Friday WOD

I felt great Friday morning and was ready for the WOD: 
Run 400M
10 Tire Flips
10 One Armed KB snatches (each arm) 15 lb dumbbell
25 Double Unders (had to do singles 80-100 each round)
5 Rounds
Time 23:11

This WOD was suited to my strengths or I just had a great morning because I finished first!  I made a strong effort to run the 400M as hard and fast as I could each round.  The one armed kettlebell snatches were great for my shoulders and I definitely need to go up in weight next time.
