Wednesday WOD: mountain climbers!

This was a straightforward met con workout:
15 min AMRAP
Run 100M
20 mountain climbers
12 kettlebell swings 25 lbs
I finished 9 rounds + 5 kb swings
I was supposed to bike or run in the evening but lost my motivation and just ended up being lazy!
