This morning's WOD was intense, it's bad when you forget what round you are on! We had to do:
5 handstand pushups (I did a modified version where I put my feet on a 20" box and pivot myself to try and do the pushup as vertically as possible)
10 pull-ups (used a band to assist)
10 deadlifts 125 lbs
10 double unders
7 rounds for time
It took me 17:55 to finish. The pull-ups were pretty hard today, I think I must have tired out my shoulders from the knees-to-elbows and presses earlier this week. The deadlifts got tougher each round and I probably should have dropped down to 115 lbs because my back started curving in the 6th round.
